Kinderdijk, Netherlands
Kinderdijk is a small town in the Netherlands where wooden thatched windmills stand along the canals. In the low-lying Netherlands, windmills have played a role in drainage and contributed to the development of agriculture and dairy farming, supporting people's lives. The windmills are also registered as World Heritage Sites.
