The castle in the northernmost part of Japan. It was destroyed in 1627, rebuilt in 1810, the roof is the only existing copper tile roof. It is said that gorgeous making imitated Edo castle, it is regarded as an important cultural property designated by the country.

The castle tower of Hirosaki Castle in Hirosaki Park was built in 1810, and the castle tower remains today.
It is also known as one of the most famous cherry blossom spots in Japan. About 2,600 cherry trees fill the park in late April.
